Many solopreneurs are too busy operating their business to take the time to review their revenues and expenses and typically bring their full year bank statement and receipts at tax time to file their taxes. We have a simple, low cost solution to have you prepared at tax time and to understand your business revenues and costs throughout the year. 

We use Quickbooks Online and Xero Online for an efficient and cost effective solutions for your accounting and bookkeeping needs.  If you are not using either program now, there are options depending on the size of your business and unique needs which can be discussed during the consultation call.  

Each clients account log in information is stored in ZOHO Vault.  We also use secure Liscio file sharing apps to allow the communication and sharing of sensitive documents.  Many documents and receipts related to business transactions will be uploaded through the accounting software's receipt and document capture. 

Not a problem! If you have previous months of business that have not been recorded and reconciled or your new business is setting up the accounting mid or late year we can review and catchup those months to get them in your books.  Review and catchup will be discussed during our consultation call.  Discounts will be included if you sign an engagement letter for continued monthly basic management. 

Yes, there will be an Engagement Letter accepting our terms of service and price.  Monthly services are paid in advance of the month.  

Review and catchup services are paid in advance of engagement.  A call or email will be provided shortly after the process begins to provide a status and projected time to completion.
